When applied properly, protectants are HIGHLY beneficial. Unfortunately it is the most commonly abused service offering in this industry. Protectants, to be fully effective, MUST: be properly mixed, used within their stated shelf life, and applied independant of any other services / applications. Large discounts on protectants should be suspect because QUALITY protectants are one of the most expensive solutions on any cleaner's truck.

Honest Straight-forward Pricing
Unfortunately, bait and switch sales tactics are commonly employed in this industry, alongside numerous other less than desireable services cleaners abuse to fatten their margins - we base our pricing from two things - time and materials, in our opinion it is the most honest way to price, and you as a customer deserve nothing less. Steam Cleaning vs Dry Cleaning
Steam cleaning is 100% safe and it offers a much better end result because it cleans DEEPER, in turn you will not have rapid re-soiling from soils that were below the surface that wick upward as you are likely to have with dry cleaning. And dry times with All Pro are similar because we have the most powerful extractors available which capture virtually all of the steamed solution we apply.
