1 - Not all carpet cleaners offer the same results.
The use of better equipment, and better cleaning solutions, WILL facilitate better results

2 - We use SLIDE IN style Truck-mounted equipment.
Even the term "truckmounted equipment" does not say it all, because there are different types of "truckmounted equipment". There are PTO machines, and Slide In machines.

PTO machines pull their power from the van's engine via an added air conditioning clutch assembly, no more power is generated to this machine than the air conditioning unit in the van. The PTO machines heat the cleaning solutions through the van engine's cooling system, typically this generates no more than 180 degrees of cleaning power.

We use large slide in extractors, which are powered by their own 65 HP 4 cylinder engines, that directly mount to the extractors blower, and heat the water in excess of 240 degrees. They offer much more extraction power because they can turn much larger blowers, and heat the water to more than 150% of the PTO machines ability

The bottom line, we clean much better with higher heat, and are able to extract much better for cleaner dryer results.

3 - We use only Pro's Choice Chemicals
We consistently use the same solutions from the leading cleaning solutions manufacturer in the industry. We can truly clean without leaving residues behind because we use the proper chemicals, designed to self neutralize upon drying, and use them properly.

4 - Training, training, training.
We are constantly sharpening our skills as cleaners. Though there is a lot to be said from experience and learning on your own (which happens naturally over time), we additionally school all of our technicians so that they can be as well prepared as possible to handle your needs effectively and yield the best possible result.
