Even if other cleaners have tried and failed, we can correct the issue. Through our proprietary 3 step process we can correct your problem at its source, in the carpet backing and pad. We also offer active solutions that attack the odor causing organics and not just perfumed deodorizors other cleaners appply that will fade away in a matter of days.

* We strongly recommend avoiding all over the counter pet stain cleaners, even the enzymatic ones - they may treat the carpet surface, but are unable to do anything below that where the source of the problem is and will make the secondary service to correct more difficult.

Protectants, to be fully effective, MUST: be properly mixed, used within their stated shelf life, and applied independent of any other services / applications. Large discounts on protectants should be suspect because QUALITY protectants are one of the most expensive solutions on any cleaner's truck.
