1 - We refuse to play the bait and switch games other cleaners will play just to get their foot in your door. We will discuss all of our services and their respective costs over the phone prior to your even scheduling the appointment. We also give honest initial assessments by phone of any situations you may have.
2 - Upon arrival, we will complete a walk through with you and briefly recap the work to be done, we will also have a detailed work order for you,stating all involved costs BEFORE work begins.
3- We will begin work and continue through until the job is completed.
4- We will complete a final walk through to verify the work has been completed to All Pro standards.
5 - We will clean any tile, vinyl, or hardwood rooms or hallways that we traveled through to complete the cleaning services.
6 - A detailed bill will be written up for your records.
7 - Our company information will be left with you in the event you have any questions or have any future needs, and information about our referral rewards program will be left for you so you may start earning credits toward future cleanings.
